Lily's Story.

   Hello, my name is Lily, I'm 16 years old and I'm a Junior. It all started when I was 12 years old, my parents split up and my dad left and all I had were my mom and siblings. My mom would take all her anger out on me, and tell me I wasn't good enough, my dad finally decided to come back around and then he left. My parents would leave each other, then get back together back and forth, back and forth. I was young at the time and I was confused about everything, nothing made sense anymore. I was finally realizing that nobody cares, and I have nobody. By the age of 13 my parents got a divorce, it was official my mom went her own way and my dad went his own way. They ended up getting 50/50 custody, we go back and forth every other day and every other weekend. I was depressed, my parents didn't understand me they never wanted to talk about it. I started to cry in class, every time my teacher would call home and I went home I'd get beat. Life sucked, I considered committing suicide almost all the time. The first time I tried, I tried to hang myself but I wasn't short enough and I couldn't find another place. The second time I took pills and my mom found me, rushed me to the hospital and obviously I ended up being okay. But you know what? I'm a survivor and if I can do it then so can you! I believe in you, it gets better, and no matter what there will always be somebody here for you.

Meeting Your Admins

Hello, this is one of your admins, Ayanna David. Just a little about me:

Ok, so enough about me, but I'm doing this blog with the help of two other people. We decided to make a blog, because we are doing a 20% project for our english class. The point of the project is to make somebodies life better. We will be posting stories, images, and if you have questions or need advice, we will be here to help you out.

So far I am working on getting a friend's story and it should be posted in about a week. With all of our stories that we post, the will be 100% confidential. We won't post your name or any information, I encourage you to send in stories. I also do encourage you to send in any types of questions, or advice you have.
